Working field:

  • Support evidence synthesis activities (systematic reviews, systematic maps) in the field of climate and health;
    o Identify, search for, and select relevant academic and policy literature;
    o Extract, code, and standardize data from selected studies;
    o Manage and organize data from multiple sources;
    o Learn and apply critical appraisal techniques to assess study quality;
    o Assist in synthesizing findings, including data analysis and result visualization;
  • Learn about the responsible use of AI for evidence synthesis and how to set and im-plement rigorous evaluation exercises;
  • Provide general support for the daily operations of the Evidence for Climate Solutions Group.

Requirements:

You are a Bachelor or Master student with:

  • A background in economics, environmental sciences, quantitative social or political science, psychology, or related fields;
  • The ability to read and understand scientific literature;
  • Ideally work experience in a scientific work context;
  • A sound understanding of evidence synthesis (e.g. meta-analysis, systematic review, systematic map) or how to set up tool evaluations - as a strong asset;
  • Preferably experience in data management and programming skills.
