[Pflichtpraktikum] Internship Project Management

Working field:

To support our team in charge of the developments in Germany, including a creative campus in Berlin, a countryside retreat in the Uckermark region and a health-centered destination project at Lake Tegernsee, we are looking for an Intern Project Management to support the management of critical paths, overall timelines, and third-party requirements. You will work closely with the Projects Managers and get insights into the creative guidance of the projects in collaboration with the respective architects and designers, the operational setup, and pre-opening activities.

Tasks

  • Assist with project coordination (main focus on our developments in Germany)
  • Support with the creation of documents, presentations, translations, guidelines, etc.
  • Keep project information up to date, monitor timeline & deliverables
  • Support in providing updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Handle travel and lodging arrangements for project partners
  • Conduct research on various topics within the hospitality industry
  • Special projects & event organization
  • Assist with office administrational tasks
  • Assist with ongoing communication & tasks between operations and project management team

Requirements:

You should have a genuine interest in trends within the hospitality world. You identify with the principles and ethos of Slowness, and ideally look to convert the internship into a long-term employment. You should be energetic and detail-oriented, with a passion for culture, design, hospitality, and travel. We value candidates who take initiative, are solutions-oriented, and are quick with creative thinking. Your communication skills in English (written and spoken) should be excellent. The Internship is a full-time position and must be a mandatory part of a bachelor's or master's program.
