How will you con­tri­bute to our mis­sion?

You will live in one of the most exci­ting pha­ses of a start-up and gain valu­able insights and expe­ri­ence in orga­ni­sa­tio­nal deve­lop­ment, the stra­te­gic direc­tion and entre­pre­neurship. As a part­ner of our CEO you will be invol­ved in many dif­fe­rent pro­jects across the com­pany and play an influ­en­tial role in hel­ping our orga­ni­za­tion thrive.

Your main respon­si­bi­li­ties would be to:

  • Create effec­tive and impac­t­ful pre­sen­ta­ti­ons for inter­nal and exter­nal sta­ke­hol­ders.
  • Chal­lenge con­ti­nuous opti­mi­za­tion of our pro­ces­ses and com­pany struc­tures.
  • Actively sup­port our CEO in the ope­ra­tive day-to-day manage­ment.
  • Sup­port and deep dive with dif­fe­rent teams on pro­jects to iden­tify best prac­tices, moni­tor per­for­mance and align growth poten­ti­als.
  • Ana­lyze inter­nal and exter­nal data to gene­rate action­able insights for the com­pany.

Erwartete Qualifikationen:

To be suc­cess­ful at this posi­tion, we think you should have:

  • A dis­tin­guis­hed degree (or in pro­gress) from a top notch uni­ver­sity.
  • Gathe­red initial expe­ri­ence in dyna­mic work envi­ron­ments, such as start-ups
  • Strong con­sul­ta­tive and inter­per­so­nal skills for effec­tive com­mu­ni­ca­tion across the com­pany and its part­ner base.
  • Solid struc­tu­ring and ana­ly­ti­cal abi­li­ties as well as good pre­sen­ta­tion skills.
  • Pas­sion and high inte­rest for the digi­tal early and growth stage sec­tor with a natu­ral curio­sity to learn about new tech­no­lo­gies
  • The abi­lity to take on pro­jects inde­pendently, with a hands-on men­ta­lity and open-min­ded col­la­bo­ra­tive spi­rit.
  • Stron­gly flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish (addi­tio­nal lan­guages are a plus)
